As this is our very first launch, many orders will be part of a limited pre-sale while we build Hannahugs from the ground up.

To help make shipping smoother and more affordable, some Hannahugs orders may be fulfilled from different locations, including the USA and UK, depending on stock availability and delivery destination.

We currently ship to:

• Canada

• UK

• Europe

• Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

As this is our first launch, some delivery times may take slightly longer than standard shipping while we finalise production and fulfilment. We’ll always do our best to keep everyone updated throughout the process.

Please note that some international orders may still be subject to customs charges, VAT, import taxes, or duties depending on your country.
